Dialfire prices

Dialfire offers you complete flexibility - even when it comes to prices. Pay only for the features you need and only for the telephony you make. Pay neither setup costs nor monthly agent fees.

There are two types of costs per telephony minute*: the telephony connection costs and the Dialfire platform costs.

* All prices quoted per minute refer to telephony minutes. A telephony minute is counted from the time at which the called party or their answering machine answers the call until the time at which the call is terminated. For inbound calls, it counts from the time the call reaches Dialfire. Prices per minute are billed on a per second basis from the 10th call second (10/1 billing). The provision of telephone services is subject to our separate T&Cs. The prices shown correspond to the standard price list and refer to calls within the same country.
Platform costs, with the exception of call recording and the activity module, are also billed via the telephony minutes depending on the activated service features per campaign. The voice recording is billed according to the recording duration and the activity module is billed across all campaigns on the agent-dialer connection.
Unless otherwise stated, taxes are not included in the Dialfire prices. All applicable taxes are to be paid by the customer. Dialfire prices are quoted in EUR and are subject to change. Additional fees may apply.
